Marti Komasz Director Tupperware

Marti grew up in Mahwah, Bergen County, NJ. She graduated in 1966 from Upsala College in East Orange, NJ. She worked as a Social Worker for Westchester Company of New York and the State of New Jersey. Thirty-seven years ago, she started her family and moved to Egg Harbor Township.

In May 1979, Marti found a career with Tupperware that allowed her to be home with her four children and it helped provide for their children’s college education among many other financial benefits.

Her children are now grown: a Pediatric Doctor, a Navy Lieutenant Commander, a College Counselor at Widener University in Pennsylvania, and a Teacher. Marti attributes their success to the great education they received in the Egg Harbor Township School System, as well as seeing their mother work from home and providing them with a positive work ethic role model. She also credits her husband of 41 years, Jack, for his support, care of the children, and working two jobs himself for many years.

When Marti is not “Tuppering,” she loves going to the gym, reading, gardening, having lunch with her girlfriends, having private spiritual moments at her church, visiting her children and grandchildren, and going to the beach in the summertime. Marti says, “Tupperware is the most fun you’ll have making serious money.”
