The local Atlantic Cape May Chapter of NJAWBO has a new chapter president, Whitney Ullman. Whitney was born in Atlantic City and graduated with a finance degree from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Her success as a Senior Mortgage Consultant has enabled her to be proactive in establishing business connections and volunteer work. She has received various forms of recognition from her employers and customers, including awards for being a top producer and pro­viding outstanding customer ser­vice. All of her hard work paid off when she was recognized as one of the 2008 Top 40 leaders/pro­fessionals Under 40 years old in Atlantic and Cape May Counties by AC Weekly Magazine. Her current volunteer projects include: President of Business Networking International (BNI) Galloway chapter, Board Member of Atlantic City Fashion, INC., Chaperone for the Miss Atlantic City Pageant, Public Relations Committee for the Atlantic City and County Board of Realtors (ACCBOR), Fundraising Committee for The Alcove, Member of the Galloway Township Republican League and was she was recently voted in as a County Committee Woman At Large for Galloway Township.

As president of NJAWBO, Whitney plans on implement­ing new strategies to further the goals of our local women business owners as well as focus on getting the NJAWBO name out in the community. She feels strongly about promoting women in busi­ness therefore she will incorporate more networking opportunities during the meetings and through­out the year. Currently, the local chapter is looking to fill two very important positions, Vice President of Membership and Vice President of Marketing.
