The Culinary Gardens is a Full Service Catering Facility. We have an indoor banquet room for approximately 150 people. Also, we have 3 other rooms available that hold 30-70 people each, including a private cocktail lounge. Outdoors we have beautifully landscaped gardens capable of hosting any type of function from graduation parties to elegant weddings. Seating is available for parties from 50 to 200 people outside. An outdoor wedding ceremony can even be performed there.

We offer professional friendly staff at both locations. We are able to work with any size party or budget. Both locations accept Visa Master Card, and Discover. Personalized menu planning can be done with our friendly catering manager, Megan Austin, who can be reached at 609-335-8494



The Island Grill Seafood and Steak House is a full service restaurant. We have seating inside for approximately 100 people and outside we seat about 60 (weather permitting). Seasonal hours are usually March through October serving lunch and dinner. However, catering is usually available year round. Catering is available for both on and off premises. Our restaurant and catering staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient. We are available for any events from beach BBQ’s to beautiful weddings. We have a 6 foot grill and all the catering needs to make any party a successful event off premises.
